Q - How long does it take for an order to ship out?

  • It may take up to 5 business days! I always try our best to ship as soon as possible!

Q - How long does it take for my order to arrive?

  • For United States or Canadian Orders, it may take 1-2 weeks!
  • For International Orders, it make take up to 2-4 weeks!

Q - What are your refund and exchange policies?

  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges, so please purchase at your own discretion! The only exception is if there are any defects to the item- but you are more than welcome to contact VLil_Shadow for any questions concerning refunds!
